Oasi Blu Staff

Marianna and Antonello will be your contacts during your stay at the property. Marianna will handle matters concerning the rooms and services, while Antonello will be in charge of the restaurant at the Oasi Blu agriturismo. They will also be available to provide you with information about the area.

Room Reservations

Reservations for independent rooms can be made directly through the booking page. Availability can also be requested through the contact form or by phone at +39 328 4850 668 (contact person: Marianna), at least 3 days before arrival. The reservation will be valid upon payment of the 30% deposit (unless otherwise agreed). The cancellation policy for reservations stipulates a full refund of the deposit if cancellation is made 1 month prior to the booked date. If the cancellation occurs less than a month before the stay at the agriturismo, cancellation penalties as outlined below will apply.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in is available from Monday to Saturday starting from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM (unless otherwise agreed). Upon check-in, a valid personal identification document is required, while check-out is expected by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

No Check-ins on Sundays! No late-night Check-ins! Please make sure to coordinate your arrival time with the property.

Room Cleaning

Room cleaning is carried out every day, only when guests are not present, between 9:30 am and 11:30/12:00 pm. Towels are changed every 3 days, while bed linens are changed every 7 days. Additional cleaning and linen/towel supplies can be requested for an extra charge. We reserve the right to access the rooms for any urgent maintenance operations.

Restaurant

Accommodation includes breakfast, while half-board is not available.

Below are the opening hours and days for the restaurant:

• Open from Easter to December 31, 2024;
• Open for breakfast;
• Closed for lunch;
• Open for dinner every day only in high season;
• In low season, open only on Saturday evenings. Sundays and holidays open only for lunch;
• Closed on Tuesdays;

The agriturismo exclusively offers a fixed menu of typical Sardinian dishes (à la carte menu not available).

Reservations are required via phone at 348 777 1734 (Antonello) or by writing on WhatsApp.

We cannot accept restaurant reservations made via email, Facebook, or voicemail.

Code of Conduct

To ensure a pleasant stay for you and all guests, the Oasi Blu agriturismo service card asks guests to observe simple rules of conduct:

• Respect for peace and quiet, especially during rest hours
• No smoking in the rooms
• Return of room keys
• Respect for waste separation

We regret to inform you that pets are not allowed (except in the restaurant).

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation up to 1 month before the stay date: no penalty (full refund of the entire deposit paid)
2. Cancellation of the reservation less than 1 month before the stay date: penalty is 30% of the total booked stay.

Stay Tax

The municipality of Calasetta imposes a local stay tax of 1 euro per person per day for the first 5 days of stay, to be paid on-site upon check-out.
